BANDUNG, TEL-U – Welcoming the third age, Telkom University ready to arrange a variety of events. Preparation and planning needs to be done to make it runs successfully. Then to mark the beginning of this events, a number of leaders and the academicians attended the Kick Off – 3rd Anniversary Telkom University.
Held in Situ Techno Tel-U, on Thursday (28/1), the event was packed with relaxed and kinship atmosphere. The event started with morning exercise while giving door prizes and continued with symbolic opening the 3rd Anniversary Tel-U by Rector of Tel-U, Prof. Dr. Mochamad Ashari, M. Eng., Ph.D., and their staffs.
On this event, Rector handed the committee’s decree to the Chief Executive Tel-U 3rd Anniversary, Dr. Ir. Dida Dyah Damayanti, M.Eng. The 3rd Anniversary Kick Off marked by flying balloon, it’s also as a symbol for the entire series of events 3rd Anniversary Tel-U.
Dr. Dida said the 3rd anniversary will be enlivened with various events organized by each faculty and department and will culminate at Bandung ICT Expo on October. “Hopefully, by convening this event, Telkom University can sign the world and raised Indonesia to the global world,” he said.
In line with Dr. Dida, Prof Ashari said, the 3rd Anniversary also collaborate with Indonesia Ministry of Tourism. This is in accordance with the theme, namely Digital Industries for Cultural and Natural Wisdom to Enhance Competitiveness Nation. “Hopefully, the whole series of events which begins today, can benefit us and Indonesia,” he said.
